ANI has succeeded in developing a practical and functional "Dry Electrode" EEG system.
This technology was achieved through careful consideration and innovation in each
element of the signal chain, from the fingers that part the hair to contact the
scalp through signal digitization. The ANI-SI™ system can position electrodes in the
current industry-standard international 10-20 system without a certified technician and is thus
applicable to the primary care and home setting.
The ANI-SI™ mitigates problems common to conventional EEG
technology including skin irritation, complexity of placement, susceptibility
to displacement, and the high costs of procedures and time in a specialty
clinic or hospital. We offer for the first time the possibility of
comfortable, easy, reliable, and high fidelity at-home EEG monitoring.
Our primary goal is to continuously advance the performance and usability
of our technology in order to offer the greatest possible value to our
customers. Concurrently with our technical work, we are moving forward
through the regulatory process so that we can eventually offer a product that
complies with both customer needs and FDA requirements.
